禿鷹被抓到牢裡，遇見了Mac Gargan（蠍子人），由於蠍子人的入獄也是蜘蛛人的原因，但他不曉得蜘蛛人的真實身份，又聽聞謠傳說禿鷹知道蜘蛛人的身份，於是質問禿鷹，但禿鷹拒絕透露。
